Terms and conditions
Cancellation
The Client is entitled to cancel under the condition that the following percentage is reimbursed by the client for full implementation of the agreement/booking:
a) in the event of postponement or cancellation of no later than 100 days before the production date, 50% of the fee will be paid by the client to Top Teambuilding.
b) in case of postponement or cancellation in the period between 100 days and 25 days before the production date, 75% of that fee will be paid by the client to Top Teambuilding.
c) in the event of postponement or cancellation up to 25 days before the production date, at least 90% of that fee will be paid by the client to Top Teambuilding.
Payments
You must have paid no later than 5 days before the performance, unless a different payment condition has been laid down in writing. In the event of delayed payment, i.e. all payments which, irrespective of the cause, have not been made immediately on the due date, the client owes an interest of 1.5% per month – whereby a part of a month is charged for the calculation thereof. a whole month is counted from the day on which payment was due until the moment that payment is made. Prosecution costs due to non-payment and collection costs, both judicial and extrajudicial, including those for legal assistance as well as those that are not liquidated by judgment, are at the expense of the client, whereby the extrajudicial costs amount to 15% of the total purchase price, with a minimum of EUR 65. ,- and without prejudice to VAT and without prejudice to any process and execution costs.
