The interactive music workshop Team Tune is the ultimate challenging workshop where team members will compose and record their own team song / 'team theme tune' with great hilarity in a professional studio!!

What can unite strong people more than creating your own team song?!

Every organization has a different corporate culture. But what is the same within every organization is the need for teamwork, good communication and fun. Team Tune is a unique team building activity that will contribute to a more powerful team and a good atmosphere.

Under the enthusiastic and expert guidance of our trainers, employees will be encouraged to get out of their comfort zone and actually make music together. Creativity and involvement are stimulated. Employees will become aware that more can be achieved when people listen carefully to each other and can give and receive feedback.

The great thing is that a musical background is not necessary to achieve great results. The team will be divided into two groups. One group will focus on the lyrics and the other group will compose the music. We will also look at which employees can already play an instrument. This ensures optimal use is made of everyone's qualities. Then music and song will come together. This creative process ensures openness. Employees will also become more involved and form a unit. Forces are bundled and qualities are used optimally.

At the end of the team building workshop, the employees will leave the studio full of energy, with a good feeling and with a copy of the team song!
